Renovated Carriage House just steps to private beach and a short stroll to the charming Village. The property consists of two units 1st floor & 2nd floor. Each unit contains two bedrooms, 1 bath. The first floor unit is a little larger offering 2 bedrooms (1 queen and two twin), a fully equipped kitchen, bath (with shower) and separate livingroom with electric fireplace, sofa with pull out queen bed and sliders to deck. The second floor offer two bedrooms, one queen and the other with a twin and twin trundle bed, bath with tub and kichenette/livingroom area. There is a common patio area located next to the out door hot tub and shower that is available for relaxing or eating out. In addition to the outdoor shower & hot tub, the property also offers a gas gril and private beach complete with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and a pedal boat.
All linens are supplied including sheets, towels and beach towels. A blow dryer, iron and all kitchen utensils are also supplied. There is a washer/dryer in unit for your convienence.
