Why be crowded and hot on vacation? Our home is a spacious air conditioned HOME, appointed with quality furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. We have a large landscaped yard, with room to play or just relax in privacy. The house consists of an open living, dining and kitchen area, shared full bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds, and a master suite with a king size bed and private bath. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Our home boasts three bedrooms- spacious enough to accommodate one family, two smaller families, or a group of friends traveling together.

50% of rent/tax due within 7 days of issuing a contract to secure your reservatin. Balance due plus $300 security deposit 30 days prior to arrival. $100 cleaning fee payable to caretaker in cash in order to check in.
